Only teachers can reset student passwords.
1. Click on the Classes tab at the top of your dashboard.
2. From the dropdown menu, find the class containing the student who needs a password reset and click on "Class Roster."
3. Find the relevant student on the roster and click "Reset Password."
4. Enter the student's new password, retype to confirm it, and click "Change Password."
Password changes take effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Alternate Method (Premium Only)
Premium subscribers may also change student passwords via the School Roster page. The process is the same as above, with one exception: Under Classes, simply select "School Roster" instead of one of the "Class Roster" options.
