Schools often employ network security through the use of firewalls, internet security software, or filters.
If you are experiencing difficulties accessing ThinkCERCA, in full or in part, from inside your school’s network that do not happen outside of the school. It is possible that the school’s network has filtering in place.
To assure that your school is able to access and use all of ThinkCERCA’s features please have your school's I.T. support team ensure the URLs found in our Whitelist URL spreadsheet are allowed.

Note: If you are having difficulties accessing ThinkCERCA from home. It is recommend that you check and make sure your internet security, antivirus, and firewall software is not blocking the URLs listed in the Whitelist URL spreadsheet as well.
